From drawing to finished component

A single production line converts buyer drawings into cast and machined parts at an approximate output of 40 tons per month.

Production Process

Step 1

Buyer-supplied drawings and technical requirements are reviewed prior to production planning.

Step 2

Components are cast on the dedicated production line, running since 2009.

Step 3

As-cast blanks are machined to the dimensions and tolerances specified in the buyer's drawing.

Step 4

Finished components are checked against the drawing before packing and dispatch.
